The Garden House is a haven of peace and quiet, overlooking farmland and a lake at the back, about 5 miles from Tenterden.   Its fully equipped kitchen has gas hob, electric oven, microwave, and a full range of china, glasses, and equipment.  In the living room, there is multi-channel TV with Freeview, a DVD and Video player.   Internet access maybe available for own wireless laptops.   The utility room has a washing and separate dryer, and there is a rotary line outside.  The terrace has floodlighting, table and chairs, and a barbeque is available.    There is plentiful off-road parking available.   

All linens are provided by us, together with a welcome pack and toiletries.
